1. Nature of Services

Pai Wesley de Ogum provides spiritual guidance sessions rooted in Candomblé, a legitimate Afro-Brazilian religious tradition. All services are of a spiritual and religious nature. Results are not guaranteed. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Session Booking

Sessions are scheduled via WhatsApp or Instagram direct message. Booking is confirmed only after direct communication with Pai Wesley or his team. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Pricing

Session pricing is communicated directly during the booking process via WhatsApp. Prices may vary based on the type and duration of spiritual guidance requested. All prices are provided transparently before any commitment.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (PIX), and other methods as agreed during booking. Payment details are communicated privately and securely via WhatsApp.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled session: Full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: 50% refund.
• No-shows: No refund.
• Sessions already initiated: No refund, as the spiritual service has been rendered.

Refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp at +55 (41) 92003-9971.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Spiritual guidance services are provided "as is." No specific outcomes, results, or manifestations are guaranteed. All sessions represent religious counseling within the Candomblé tradition. Individual experiences may vary. We expressly disclaim any liability for decisions made based on spiritual guidance received.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose session content or personal details to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. For US-based clients, we comply with applicable state and federal consumer protection laws.
